Gear4music is VAT registered in Norway.

This is a company that has operated for many years in Norway, and is based in the UK.
Many years ago, there were additional costs for Norwegian customers in the form of public taxes, but this is no longer the case.
Today, all costs are included, plus all information about the product is available, something very few others did just as well.

One thing they are particularly good at, and that is all that has to do with canceling a purchase - you can cancel the purchase at any time.
I bought my DGX from them and at some point I would return it.
I sent a request, and they immediately arranged for a return, where they would send a car home to my address for the return of the keyboard.
It could not be better.
However, I changed my mind and they canceled just as effectively.

Gear4music has the most orderly and informative layout I have seen, and provides answers to all questions regarding purchase and return.
In addition, they provide a full overview of all costs, the exact date of receipt of the item, plus they provide a 5-year guarantee against a 2-year guarantee with a Norwegian company and a cheap option for a 10-year guarantee.

They can also offer most products at as low a price as any other, and deliver to Norway within a few days.
I have now ordered a Korg Krome, which will be shipped from Leeds in the UK.
Normally I would have ordered this from Evenstad Musikk in Norway, but Gear4music has better conditions, and can deliver it at least as fast.

I have used them a few times and I'm really satisfied with their service never had a problem and the prices are reasonable too.
Just a note the dealers here in Skien Norway they just can not get a lot of the products i wanted i tried to order a second tier for my keyboard stand i waited a long time so i just ordered it
online the same thing happened when i tried to get a new sustain pedal.

What you say about them not delivering according to the specified date is quite typical of the industry - almost everyone says they have the product in stock, but actually have it in remote storage, which means that it can often take an extra week before you receive it.

Gear4Music is better this way than the average, because they give immediate notice, and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order.
The number of reviews gives mostly 5 stars, which is rare to see.
The few negatives are about defaulted delivery time - everything else is positive.

SUBSEQUENT EXPERIENCE

Gear4music continues to provide positive experiences:
When I recently returned my Korg Krome 88, they arranged everything more efficiently than anyone, and everything went very quickly and smoothly.
DHL picked it up at my house and after a few days the money was back in my account.

After this, I sent a request to buy a Pa5X that have been customer returned if this should turn up, and soon after I received a message that they could get a Pa5X 61, if I wanted this instead of the 76 or 88.

I was recently informed that I have been awarded Platinum (VIP) status, and thus receive many products at a special price.
It turns out that I also do not have to pay customs fees to DHL as a result of this status; at least in one case.
