Many thanks for this - fortunately there are some out there who do things that are good and share their knowledge with the rest of us.  I have just found the work of Paul J. Drongowski, and know that he has done much of the same as the above, but is extremely competent, as he is a senior programmer at AMD... PS: I did not find anything to download via the link in your attached document.
